Yes a customer can contact AlivBusiness at any time to change their plan.

If a customer wishes to cancel their service, they should give us one month's notice of their desire to cancel.

The account owner or their designated representative should contact us to discuss what information cab be added to their invoice.

Billing for services is done for the period from the 1st of each month to the last day of the month. The invoices are sent out within the first week of each month. Bills are emailed to the email address listed on the account.

The email on the account can be changed by the account owner or by a designated representative, by contacting our office.

With Alivfibr you will be required to receive a new Static IP Address

Your corporate router or firewall will need to support PPOE in order to receive a new Static IP address

Yes.

No you will need our Dedicated Internet Access solution to deliver such speeds.

Alivfibr is Asymmetrical and is on a shared network.

Yes you will need to have a static IP address and firewall supports PPOE connection

Yes the Alivfibr ONT is outfitted with a backup battery of up to eight hours based on usage and shelf life.

Great question your network must have at least 1Gbps network switch and firewall/router in your environment:
  • Once confirmed you can use speed test to test speeds coming from ONT
  • If speeds are poor connect a device to a free port on the ONT and conduct a speed test ensuring the device uses a 1Gbps network card

If an office has more than 3 set to boxes, they will need a dedicated network switch to connect televisions.

Yes your current telephone lines will be moved to the alivfibr network.
